Sherbet

Hello again viewers. Today, im  here to talk to you about making sherbet. We made sherbet on Tuesday. To make sherbet, we need...baking soda, icing sugar, citric and tartaric acid and powdered cordial(orange flavered powderded cordial). The yuckyest thing to try was baking soda.

    Sherbet is always fun to make and finding that correct amount of each ingredient is so important otherwise it will taste too sweet or too sour.
    What happened when you combined the ingredients together and put it in your mouth? Was there a chemical or physical reaction?
